A Medicare Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) is a document your Medicare plan sends each fall explaining changes to your plan's coverage, costs and other details for the upcoming year. Medicare says these notices are generally sent in September.
Medicare Annual Enrollment 2026 runs from October 15 through December 7, 2026. Changes made during this period are generally effective January 1, 2027, as long as the plan receives the enrollment request by December 7.
